When I work with a client, my first intention is to build a safe and supportive environment. I provide holistic virtual sessions to all stages of life. Paramount for each individual is gaining self awareness, setting goals and learning to implement techniques, strategies, and communication skills to navigate changes, challenges, and stressors. All individuals, at every age, experience stress and trauma within their life span. Personally, I feel that effective stress management skills is an essential prevention tool in mental health. Everyone is unique; we all cope and manage differently. I offer guidance, without judgement to assist in living a life with more peace, love, joy and balance. 

In addition to one-one sessions, I offer online courses as well. RELAx, recognizing emotions, learning awareness through experiences, is my spin on Mindfulness. In addition to my formal education in Counseling Psychology and Special Education, I have also completed a 200 hour Yoga teacher training. I have independently studied Ascension, Chakras, Evolutionary Astrology, Mindfulness and other aspects of Spirituality.

Upcoming courses include Parenting.Easier. This course is an opportunity for me to share all of the wonderful ‘nuggets’ I’ve gained over the years as a public and Montessori teacher, a prevention educator, a mental health specialist for Head Start, a play therapist and parent. I feel that the availability of online courses is a very safe, and affordable way towards wellness. Additionally, I offer parent/family coaching for those who wish to reflect upon ways to improve the balance, peace and love within their family.

I welcome individuals who are navigating their ‘spiritual journey’. It is quite a time! There are many, many, paths, and ‘programs’ to ‘enlightenment’. Remember, you are your own guru. I offer reflective, empathetic listening, conversation and consultation. At times, spiritual awakenings are in the form of extreme stress. Be mindful.
